One of my coworkers just sent me this picture. The work computer I used before I left for Paris and started working remotely has been moved from the office to the plant floor and retains the last wallpaper I had on it. They all thought it was funny when I told them I liked wagons, so I put different badass wagon wallpapers on my monitors about once a week after that.

Many things. My main reason for coming here is to study abroad. I go to classes four days a week, including some master's level economics course (in english though). While I'm here I'm also traveling of course, getting my first taste of living in the big city, living completely alone (no roommates) for the first time, and taking in the French language and culture. I also work part time over the internet supporting the manufacturing operations of the company I worked for this summer, and I've spent quite a bit of time playing host to visitors as well.

I've got two people I know from high school coming to town separately tomorrow, so I'm showing both of them around a bit. The week after that one of my best friends is coming for 10 days, so we're hitting the city and doing some traveling. The week after that the president of the company I work for will be in town, so I'm getting lunch with him. The week after THAT my parents are coming to town for a week, then I have my spring break where I'll do some more traveling and then I'll go home!

I'm definitely very lucky to have this opportunity, and I try remind myself as often as possible of all of the people that have helped me get here. I'm sure you'll be able to make it over here again, and I'm glad you enjoyed it so much the last time you were here. What were some of your favorite things you did when you were here?

you couldn;t beat the view from our balcony, I went with my GF who is not my wife.

the Eiffel Tower blew ever part of my mind. our room was to the top left but way out of screen.

l'opera (i forget the official name was gangsta. we got to watch a rehearsal singer until the fire alarm went off and they got everyone the f outta there asap. this is the main hall, the actual perfomance space was just as crazy

we went to Musee du quai Branly. I wanted to go mainly for the building because I had done a large project in scool on it. Absolutely fascinating architecture and the exibit if awesome as well.

this thing was cool

centre Pompedou is a great and wierd museum, also cool architecture. we had lunch infront of the museum and some guy walked out of his apartment and grabbed what i'm assuming was lunch (a pigieon) and went right back inside.

we didn;t get to go to sacre souer but something about the hill and the this and the that makes it the most colorful and beautiful sunset (u know like if ur looking to bring a chick somewhere.) WE hit eurodisney which was cool cuz they have thier own space mountain and stuff like that.

but when your friends show up go on a river cruise, its BYOB but its fun. its a younger crowdm, everyone gets drunk and sings and yellls as you go under the brindges and the drunks on the riverside might even moon you. Highly recommended. and you get to see a lot fo the city. Definitely hit the cathedrals like Notre Dame and St Chapelle.
